Being a single working mom and having to deal with car upkeep isn't always easy. Jeff in your Regal Kia service department was so kind and helpful.

He really worked hard at getting me the best possible product and service on my very tight budget. He made sure I could get to and from work while my vehicle was getting the repair work done. I have to say it is truly the best experience I have had dealing with service personnel at a car dealership. He made me feel like he really had my best interest at heart and treated me like a true family member. Thank you so very much for the wonderful job you do in helping me maintain my vehicle. I want you to know that having Regal service my car was the best experience I have had. Having snacks and drinks and coffee,  everyone was so relaxed. We all sat around and chatted. Then when I got my car back it was all clean and there was a cold bottle of water in there. How nice!! I told my boyfriend and he said he was going to bring his new jeep up there when it needs service. I was very impressed.
